1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ReSold (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
ReSold is operated from the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. What ReSold does
ReSold helps resellers track their sales, fees, and true profit by connecting to marketplaces like eBay and Vinted. It is an accounting and analytics tool, not a marketplace.
ReSold is provided “as is”. While we work hard to keep figures accurate, ReSold is not a substitute for a qualified accountant or formal tax advice.
3. Your account
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password secure and not share your account with others.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Connecting marketplaces
When you connect an eBay, Vinted, or other marketplace account, you authorise ReSold to read your data from that marketplace using its official APIs. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings.
You must comply with the terms of service of each marketplace you connect. ReSold is not affiliated with eBay, Vinted, Depop, or any other marketplace.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ReSold for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam.
- Overload our servers with excessive automated requests.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
6. Subscription and payment
ReSold may offer paid subscription plans. Pricing, features and billing cycles are shown at the point of subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
We offer refunds at our discretion. If you believe you've been billed in error, contact us at hello@resold.online.
Statutory consumer rights (including the UK 14-day cancellation right for digital services) are not affected by these Terms.
7. Data and content
You own the data you enter into ReSold (such as cost-of-goods values). By using ReSold, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data to provide the Service.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable, available service, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
ReSold is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that the data displayed will be 100% accurate, or that the Service will meet all your requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReSold and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
